New Patients

Welcome to the office of Dr. Natalie DeJesse! Our family-friendly environment is a place where everyone can relax and feel at home. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted and checked in.

If you’re a new patient, you’ll fill out some paperwork before Dr. Natalie introduces herself to you. Please bring your health insurance information and personal identification with you. Any imaging, medical documents or diagnostic tests done in the last year are helpful to have.

The First Visit

You and Dr. Natalie will sit down to discuss your health history and present concerns. We’ll get the details of your problems and what your goals are. If any imaging is needed, we’ll refer you to another facility. We’ll discuss what we feel is the appropriate treatment for you. If you choose to proceed, you’ll have a chiropractic adjustment.

This visit takes 45 minutes to an hour.

Regular Visits

Your follow-ups will take about a half hour each. Dr. Natalie will perform a brief re-evaluation and make the appropriate adjustment.

Your activities of daily living might involve sitting, driving or repetitive motion. As a result, you will likely benefit from having regular tune-ups just like your car does. We'll discuss how ongoing care may help you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your health insurance card and personal identification to your first visit. Do you offer same-day appointments for new patients?

Yes, we often have same-day appointments available for new patients. We understand that when you're experiencing pain or discomfort, you want relief as quickly as possible. Our office has convenient late opening hours—we're open until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and offer Saturday morning appointments.
